"Crossroads is a great company to work for. As a parent I have found their flexibility of working hours fit in well around childcare. They are friendly and approachable and have the best interests of both the client and me as an employee. The work itself is varied and interesting. I am working with a wide range of people within the community. I have plenty of time to spend with each person so that I can be the best carer possible for what they need."
